You must be at least 18 years of age to book a tattoo appointment. Valid government-issued identification is required before any tattoo procedure. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances.

Appointments may require an advance deposit to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited in case of late arrival, cancellation, or no-show.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities. The studio is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed health conditions.

Proper aftercare instructions will be provided after your tattoo session. The studio is not liable for any damage, infection, or fading caused by failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

All tattoo designs, artwork, images, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of the studio or respective artists and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

All services must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are not provided for completed tattoo services. Any dissatisfaction should be discussed immediately with the artist or studio management.

The studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent unless required by law.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
